Co-Chair

Co-Chairs assist the chair in managing the committee's proceedings. They often keep track of the speakers’ list, time speeches, and document room proceedings.

Crisis Directors

Crisis directors head the backroom proceedings of crisis committees by creating crisis updates and directing the flow of arcs to establish a dynamic atmosphere.

Committee Staffers

Backroom Staffer

Staffers are responsible for collecting and responding to delegate crisis notes, to then alert directors as to how individual arcs are developing.
